KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Identity and Access Management - Saviynt to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, with a focus on Saviynt, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and security standards
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and improvement of IAM products and services, including access provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, authentication, identity management, privileged access, and service account management
  • Develop and manage architectures, accelerators, and enablers for automating IAM processes to enhance efficiency and scalability, identifying opportunities for optimization; analyze complex IAM system issues and direct the engineering team to devise and implement robust solutions that enhance performance, security, and reliability
  • Collaborate effectively with senior IT and security leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to extend IAM controls across all technology assets, ensuring solutions align with business and application strategies; monitor IAM operations, ensuring performance optimization, compliance with protocols, and lead initiatives to manage critical incidents effectively
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by researching emerging IAM trends and technologies, driving innovation to enhance service delivery; ensure the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, including knowledge articles, SOPs, and scripts for effective IAM operation
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the IAM engineering team, promoting a collaborative and innovative environment; communicate effectively with clients and senior management to understand requirements, present solutions, and maintain an emphasis on delivering exceptional service
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualification:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience with Saviynt, with proven expertise in connector development, approval workflows, and comprehensive reporting; minimum eight years of recent industry experience in IAM, specifically involving development, support, configuration, and deployment of IAM products
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Be knowledgeable of tools and technologies such as SailPoint, Okta, Entra ID, and CyberArk, with practical experience with at least one
  • Solid understanding of ITSM tools within an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) managed services context
  • Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client engagement and team collaboration
  • Capacity to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, ensure client requirements are met, and maintain a proactive, positive attitude
  • Ability to travel as required
