**What You Will Work On**

As a key member of an advanced product development team, you will be instrumental in defining, exploring, and validating digital tools and services that translate groundbreaking research into tangible product features. You will collaborate closely with mobile and platform engineering teams, actively contributing to the architectural decisions and implementation approaches that make solutions a reality. Your work will directly influence the success of a revolutionary product, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to refine product requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Translate complex research insights into actionable product features and development tasks for engineering teams.
• Partner with software engineers to explore and define robust implementation approaches, actively contributing to solution design.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively escalate risks across multiple development teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead agile ceremonies across multiple teams and time zones, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Coordinate the successful delivery of:
• Mobile applications with wireless communication integration, near real-time data display, and firmware over-the-air update capabilities.
• Wearable applications with standalone functionality.
• A microservices-based backend on a cloud platform with RESTful APIs, authentication, update services, and analytics.
• Scalable, secure data storage and ETL pipelines for machine learning-ready datasets.
• Administrative dashboards and customer support tools.

**What You Bring**

We are looking for a servant leader with a deep understanding of connected product ecosystems and mobile application development, capable of orchestrating cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Lead within software development environments, specifically for consumer-facing mobile applications and connected products.
• Demonstrated experience with design sprints and best practices in new product development.
• Familiarity with wireless communication protocols, firmware over-the-air updates, and cloud-based microservices architectures.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools and reporting.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills, enabling teams to perform at their best.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or an equivalent agile certification.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.60 to $67.33 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
