Non CDL Driver

Staffmark Drivers is hiring a Non CDL Driver for a local, home-daily role in Fredericksburg, VA! If you enjoy being on the road and working with your hands in a stable, team-driven environment, this is the job for you. This is a opportunity with occasional overtime and no weekends required.

Pay Rate: $24.50/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (or until work is completed)

Job Highlights:

• Drive a 24-26 ft. box truck or cargo van, depending on load size
• Make local deliveries (up to 150 miles roundtrip) - 75% driving
• Load/unload electrical materials (wires, conduits, etc.)
• Use liftgates, pallet jacks, dollies, or hand trucks
• Light warehouse duties - order picking, sorting, packing
• Lifting required: Up to 50 lbs
• Dress code: Work pants/jeans and a t-shirt or polo (no rips or shorts)
• PPE required: Steel-toe shoes
• DOT Medical Card required

Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver materials to customer job sites
• Prepare and load delivery orders
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Keep warehouse and work area clean and organized
• Assist with inventory and shipping tasks
• Maintain accurate logs and follow company delivery procedures

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License and DOT Medical Card
• 1+ year of recent box truck or cargo van driving experience
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Forklift/pallet jack experience
• Basic math and communication skills
• Dependable, professional, and safety-conscious
• Able to work inside/outside in all seasons
