Staffmark is currently hiring a Manufacturing Team Lead for a growing manufacturing company in Corona, CA. If you have experience in assembly and leadership, and you're ready to step into a key role supporting production operations, this opportunity is for you! Pay: $25 - $27/hour (Based on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday \| 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM Under the general supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Manufacturing Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the assembly of enclosures, sub-assemblies, and custom components. You'll guide and train team members, ensure production accuracy, and support a culture of continuous improvement through lean manufacturing practices. Responsibilities: Supervise and train team members on enclosure assembly processes Develop and maintain training schedules for team and assembly lines Review work tickets, blueprints, BOMs, and wiring schematics for accuracy Identify production issues and implement corrective actions using lean principles Promote productivity, quality, and workflow improvements Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations Enforce and sustain 5S practices within workstations Regularly collaborate with management and peers to support operational goals Use hand tools, measuring devices, and shop machinery safely and effectively Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should bring a combination of hands-on assembly experience and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will have: Strong communication and multitasking skills Self-motivation and attention to detail Ability to plan, delegate, and monitor daily production tasks Experience navigating ERP systems (for part sourcing/substitution) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, cameras, and computer systems Ability to read/red-line technical drawings, BOMs, and schematics Comfortable training and leading assembly staff High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) Minimum 1 year of assembly experience At least 1 year of electrical experience 1 year of forklift operation 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role (strongly preferred) Why You'll Love This Role: Our partner company offers vital employee benefits and a supportive team environment.
