Staffmark is currently hiring a Manufacturing Team Lead for a growing manufacturing company in Corona, CA. If you have experience in assembly and leadership, and you're ready to step into a key role supporting production operations, this opportunity is for you!

Pay: $25 - $27/hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Under the general supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Manufacturing Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the assembly of enclosures, sub-assemblies, and custom components. You'll guide and train team members, ensure production accuracy, and support a culture of continuous improvement through lean manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities:



  • Supervise and train team members on enclosure assembly processes
  • Develop and maintain training schedules for team and assembly lines
  • Review work tickets, blueprints, BOMs, and wiring schematics for accuracy
  • Identify production issues and implement corrective actions using lean principles
  • Promote productivity, quality, and workflow improvements
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations
  • Enforce and sustain 5S practices within workstations
  • Regularly collaborate with management and peers to support operational goals
  • Use hand tools, measuring devices, and shop machinery safely and effectively
  • Complete other duties as assigned



Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should bring a combination of hands-on assembly experience and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will have:



  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Self-motivation and attention to detail
  • Ability to plan, delegate, and monitor daily production tasks
  • Experience navigating ERP systems (for part sourcing/substitution)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, cameras, and computer systems
  • Ability to read/red-line technical drawings, BOMs, and schematics
  • Comfortable training and leading assembly staff
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of assembly experience
  • At least 1 year of electrical experience
  • 1 year of forklift operation
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role (strongly preferred)
