We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support a dynamic finance department. The ideal candidate has experience in both accounts payable and accounts receivable, proficiency in ERP systems and Excel, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable



  • Process vendor invoices and manage payments via ACH, wires, and checks
  • Reconcile transactions and resolve vendor discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records


Accounts Receivable



  • Generate and issue accurate customer invoices
  • Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts
  • Follow up on outstanding balances and address billing inquiries


Financial Systems & Reporting



  • Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
  • Use Excel to support reporting and data analysis


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Excel
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Understanding of general accounting principles and best practices
