Staffmark is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a well-established company in Corona, CA. If you're a motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting customers and driving sales, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Pay: $18 - $22/hr (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Manage customer satisfaction by ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Process customer quotes, orders, and requests via phone, email, fax, and customer portals
  • Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal departments such as manufacturing, planning, and quality
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure expectations are met and build long-term relationships
  • Support issue resolution by investigating concerns, documenting details, and collaborating with internal teams
  • Make outbound "cold" and "warm" sales calls to promote products and meet sales goals
  • Track and log a minimum number of customer calls daily
  • Support the company's monthly sales and booking goals through proactive customer engagement



Qualifications:



  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the Aerospace industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is a plus
  • Ability to interpret blueprints or technical drawings is a bonus
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
