We are hiring a Coating Operator to be a part of our client's exciting future and fast-growing success! Schedules Available: Day shift - $18.00 per hour Night shift - $19.00 per hour 12-hour rotating shifts This department does work 24-7 including some holidays Key Responsibilities: As a Coating Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running production equipment to produce high-quality coated ink ribbons, performing product changeovers, and troubleshooting basic equipment and process issues. This role involves handling raw materials and solvents, supporting maintenance activities, and contributing to productivity and cost-reduction initiatives. You will conduct quality control tests, make machine adjustments to maintain standards, and operate forklifts to transport materials and finished goods safely. Additionally, you will assist with training new operators, ensure effective communication with team members, and maintain compliance with all safety regulations. Qualifications:
