Shipping and Receiving Manager

• Lead daily operations of shipping and receiving, providing direction, motivation, and performance management for supervisors and associates.
• Oversee inventory control processes including receiving, put-away, cycle counts, reconciliations, and error investigations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage shipping activities by training staff, assigning orders, and implementing effective outbound processes to meet customer commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement through cost reduction, productivity gains, error reduction, and root cause analysis of shipping/receiving issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and corporate standards while fostering communication through regular staff meetings.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems and RF scanning equipment to maintain accurate inventory and efficient operations.
• Conduct personnel reviews, corrective actions, and ongoing staff development to build a high-performing team.

• 5+ years exp in warehouse supervision/ management
• Supervise team members, monitor performance
• Train new team members
• Receive products, ship orders, operate forklifts, RF scanners and WMS
