POSITION TITLE: Christmas Kettles & Office Assistant

SCOPE OF POSITION: The Christmas Kettles & Office Assistant is responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations of the Christmas Kettle Fundraising Program. This will include but is not limited to: scheduling and supervision of staff and volunteers as well as the placement and collection of red kettles. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working Conditions: Work is typically performed in a normal office environment but will occasionally require travel in a TSA vehicle throughout the community. Will be exposed to winter weather during this travel.

Work Schedule / Location: Monday through Friday, with some Saturday hours/In-person at The Salvation Army Great Falls Corps. Hours will vary, basic schedule 9am - 3pm.
