Join our team as a Maintenance Technician II at our Soluna location!

Join Gorman & Company at Soluna, a vibrant, 177-unit affordable housing community where we take pride in creating safe, welcoming, and well-maintained homes. We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician II who's ready to make an impact every day - from keeping residents comfortable to ensuring our community shines inside and out.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
Get apartments "move-in ready" for new residents
Conduct property inspections to keep our community safe and efficient
Maintain curb-appeal with daily walks and seasonal upkeep
Care for common areas, pool, and grounds
Work with contractors and vendors when needed
Be part of our on-call rotation to respond quickly to emergencies
Follow all OSHA and safety standards to keep everyone protected

What We're Looking For

2+ years of maintenance/property management experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
Valid driver's license & insurable record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call needs
