Leasing Specialist
Gorman & Company is looking for a full time Leasing Specialist. As a Leasing Specialist, you'll be the first connection future residents make with our community. From showcasing amenities to guiding applicants through the leasing process, you'll be a part of a team that makes quality housing more accessible!
This position will be part of our team that supports our Residences at Westview and Hamilton Hills residential properties in Atlanta. Here, you'll play a vital role in connecting people with homes that truly make a difference.

What You'll Do As A Leasing Specialist:
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Engage with prospective residents through tours, calls, and online inquiries, matching their needs to available homes.
- Guide applicants through the leasing process, including LIHTC compliance and HUD certification paperwork.
- Assist current residents with lease renewals and recertifications.
- Create and post marketing ads and promotions to attract new residents.
- Maintain accurate records, enter applications, service requests, and payments into RealPage.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of leasing or similar experience preferred.
- Tax credit experience required.
- Customer service and organization skills.
- Comfortable with computers and MS Office; experience with RealPage is a plus.
- Flexible schedule- Typically Monday through Friday but occasionally must be available for some evenings and weekends during busy leasing seasons.
