As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting visitors, verifying credentials, and monitoring access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and security-related incidents. You will serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to everyone entering the premises. By remaining attentive and approachable, you contribute to a positive atmosphere that reflects Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and/or credentials as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of visitor and employee activity at the front desk.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate and communicate with Allied Universal management and site contacts as needed.
• Support a welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or activities within the commercial real estate location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
