Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) is seeking an Assistant Medical Director for the Hospitalist Team to join our JHCP at Howard County Medical Center in Columbia, Maryland. Place your passion to care towards our role as an Assistant Medical Director of the Hospitalist Team where you will be responsible for providing the exceptional quality of in-patient care to our patients and leadership to the team. Most days, some nights, weekends, holidays. Required: Unrestricted Medical License in Maryland Board eligible or certified in Internal Medicine CPR Certification required (AHA and RQI CPR) Preferred: Leadership experience: managing a large hospitalist/nocturnist team Strong communication skills Scheduling experience with Q-Genda Experience with RVU model, budgeting, and staffing Data analysis We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to practice high-quality medicine as part of the Johns Hopkins Health System.
