Aquent is partnering with a leading global technology company that is at the forefront of shaping how people interact with information and technology worldwide. This organization is driven by innovation, delivering impactful solutions that connect billions and power the future. We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join their team as a pivotal technical liaison. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the technical integration and data lifecycle for external global data providers, ensuring the reliable and timely flow of high-quality data that underpins critical information features and supports a global program. Your expertise will not only solve complex technical challenges but also strategically contribute to process standardization and vendorization, making a tangible impact on operational efficiency and the evolution of key services. You will be the trusted technical advisor, bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and partner needs, and driving cross-functional alignment to deliver world-class solutions. **What You'll Do:** * Serve as the primary technical contact for external partners, meticulously managing the technical specifications of data feeds. This includes actively gathering and integrating user feedback, translating partner needs and requests into a clear business point of view.
* Provide essential operational support, utilizing internal systems to initiate data loading, conduct rigorous data validation tests, and ensure ongoing data quality. You will be at the forefront of addressing and resolving urgent technical escalations related to the program.
* Drive process definition and foster cross-functional alignment by collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, and Partnerships teams. You will facilitate operational discussions on data delivery, troubleshoot technical issues for various regions, and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Lead the scoping and end-to-end design of technical solutions, including coding, and assist clients or partners with solution integration. You will uphold engineering best practices, ensuring designs and code are reviewed, well-tested, maintainable, and compliant with all data and legal policies.
* Engage in industry and account business planning, meeting with clients and partners to deeply understand their objectives and challenges. You will identify technical gaps, recognize recurring patterns, and proactively surface opportunities for solution reuse or innovative new approaches.
* Cultivate trust by actively listening and demonstrating a profound understanding of partner and client core needs, communicating effectively in their language. You will empower partners and clients to grasp the full potential of technology and how your expertise can unlock revenue, business growth, and efficiency.
* Rapidly develop subject matter expertise in trending technological areas and quickly ramp-up on new product sets or client technical stacks to provide expert engineering consultation. You will comfortably navigate between different technologies, clearly explaining trade-offs and offering deeper advice and solutions. **Must-Have Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
* 6+ years of experience in a technical, partner-facing role such as Partner Technology Manager, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Consultant, or Technical Program Manager, with a strong focus on data integration, data quality, or supporting machine learning-driven products.
* Proven experience managing technical data feeds, including familiarity with common data structures and protocols (e.g., JSON, XML, CSV, Protobuf, REST APIs, SFTP).
* Demonstrated ability to triage, investigate, and resolve urgent technical escalations, coupled with experience using industry-standard incident management and ticketing systems.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively act as a technical liaison between external partners and internal cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Partnerships).
* Experience writing and maintaining clear technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and data-flow diagrams.
* Proficiency in stakeholder management, technical problem-solving, and core technical knowledge relevant to data and software engineering.
* Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and solution design principles.
* Solid grasp of Web Technologies and software engineering fundamentals.
* Highly developed consultative skills, enabling you to provide expert advice and guidance. #STM **About Aquent Talent:**
