This position is subject to the successful completion of an employment background check. Associate Degree in Human Services with 3 years experience in the delivery of social services or case management experience is required, with a Bachelor of Social Work (
BSW) or Master of Social Work (
MSW) from a
CSWE-accredited program with 2 years post-
BSW/
MSW experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to social work values and ethical practice.
- Proficiency with database systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and in a fast-paced work environment

The Department of Social Work seeks a dedicated and organized social work practitioner to serve as Field Placement Coordinator. Working closely with the Director of Field Education, this individual will support the coordination of both
BSW and
MSW student placements, working closely with students, faculty, and agency partners to ensure high-quality, developmentally appropriate field experiences in alignment with
CSWE accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the Director of Field Education to coordinate BSW and MSW student placements in approved field agencies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for BSW and MSW students regarding field applications, placement matching, and orientation processes.
- Maintain accurate records of placements, evaluations, and student progress for both programs using field placement management systems.
- Assist field director in facilitating orientation sessions for students and field site supervisors.
