TheDonald P.BellisarioCollege of CommunicationsInternship andCareerPlacement Office is seekinga PAIDinternfor our Communications-specificInternship/CareerFairs: JobExpo.COMM on Friday, Feb. 27, 2026 and Success in the City (Date TBD).We are seeking the right creative and event planninginterncandidate that can take ourtwo largest internship/careerfairs to the next level! Think you have what it takes?

The position requires strong computer skills; Photoshop and InDesign skills are necessary.The right candidate must have exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional editing skills. This position also requires someone who knows how to multi-task and work under a tight deadline. If you are personable, full of energy, and think this sounds like loads of fun, then you should apply.

Flexibility in your schedule is a MUSTwith an approximate start date of November 10, 2025 and ending February 27, 2026. Only serious students willing to put in at least 5 - 8 hours per week should apply. The time commitment increases prior to the kick-off of each event (up to 30 hours the week prior to andthe week of each event).

Internresponsibilities:

-Assist in prospecting new recruiters for each event

-Communicate directly with registered recruiters for each event to make sure their needs are satisfied and they are informed about the event

-Develop marketing materials for both events including flyers and event programs to prospective employers

-Assist in the coordination and execution of each of the events

-Attend bothin-person events:JobExpo.Comm on Friday, February 27, 2026, and Success in the City (Date to be determined)

-Edit final event program for each event
