Job Title: Oracle Fusion Technical Lead

Location(s): New York City, NY

Role Overview:

The Oracle Fusion Technical Lead will provide leadership and hands-on support for post-go-live stabilization of Oracle Fusion ERP environment. This role is responsible for overseeing technical design, monitoring integrations and extensions, managing defect resolution, and ensuring successful delivery of enhancements. The Technical Lead will act as the bridge between functional consultants, business stakeholders, and development teams, ensuring that technical solutions align with stabilization goals, governance processes, and system performance requirements.

Duration & Location:



  • Duration: 6-12 months (with potential extension based on stabilization progress and enhancement demand)


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide technical leadership during post-go-live stabilization of Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Oversee and guide defect resolution for customizations, integrations, and reports.
  • Manage RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) inventory and track status of enhancements.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance for Oracle ERP Cloud technical components.
  • Review and validate technical design specifications for new enhancements and fixes.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure technical deliverables meet Oracle Cloud standards, performance benchmarks, and security/compliance requirements.
  • Lead technical discussions with vendors, subcontractors, and internal IT teams to resolve issues.
  • Support knowledge transfer and handover to application management services (AMS) for steady-state operations.
  • Provide reporting and updates on technical stabilization progress to project leadership and stakeholders.


Required Skills & Experience:



  • Overall IT experience of 15+ years, 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud technical leadership roles.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance, Procurement, and PPM modules.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud technical components including OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), Extension using VBCS BI Publisher, OTBI, ADF, FBDI, and ADFDI.
  • Proven experience managing RICEW objects and enhancements in ERP stabilization programs.
  • Hands-on knowledge of data migration, data reconciliation, and interface error handling in Oracle ERP Cloud.
  • Strong experience in integration with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP functional modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, PPM) from a technical perspective.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant professional certification required (Oracle ERP Cloud Technical Consultant, or equivalent).
