The VP, Payment Strategies is a key senior leader responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing the credit union's payment ecosystem. Bachelors of Finance (required)
High School or GED (required) Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business or related field is required. Additional experience in lieu of degree may be considered. (required)
10+ years of progressing experience in financial services required. (required) Experience in payments is preferred. (preferred) 5+ years of experience in leadership and management required. (required) Deep understanding of payment systems, networks, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Nacha, FedNow, RTP, PCI-DSS). (preferred) Experience leading large-scale payment initiatives or digital transformation projects. (preferred) Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
