Job Description

Purpose: Directs all sales, sales administration, municipal contract functions for SSB sales and USB sales. In addition oversees the Marketing and Communications team.
Core Responsibilities:
*Manages and directs the sale of SSB and USB products and services through subordinate managers, regional sales managers, distributions and channel partners.
*Maintains an in-depth knowledge of company's and competitor's products and services, sales and marketing techniques, and financial principles.
*Ensures conformance of all functions expenditures to budget.
*Develops long range goals and objectives.
*Works with senior management in developing company's Strategic Plan for all reporting functions with specific emphasis on sales growth plan strategies and contributing to the product development process.
*Responsible for meeting sales and sales margin goals for the company.
*Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related area.
*MBA required.
*Minimum ten years progressively responsible sales/sales management experience.
*Possess technical knowledge/aptitude; pump sales experience a plus.
*Proficient PC skills, including spreadsheet and word processing software.
This positions requires 50% domestic and international travel.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $174,100 to $240,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
