General Summary:

We're searching for an experienced data scientist who is passionate about AI, statistics, and machine learning to solve real-world business problems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive launch success and improve patient outcomes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical initiatives that harness diverse data sources to enhance the design & development of AI models, outreach prioritization engines (e.g. Next Best Action), analyze and optimize marketing, and address other related challenges.

  • Work closely with a diverse, talented, and collaborative team of AI experts, data engineers, and strategists to develop and deploy cutting-edge solutions for our top business priorities.

  • Create compelling visualizations and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, making complex insights accessible and actionable.

  • Engage with the broader data science & AI community to keep up with the latest methodologies, software, and data developments.

  • Bring your innovative and ethical mindset to work, fostering openness, transparency, and collaboration.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist, ideally with exposure to product launches or commercial AI/ML in healthcare.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Machine Learning (Random Forest, XGBoost, Deep Learning) and cloud data environments (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data pipeline development.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for launch teams.
  • Experience with building, deploying, and measuring impact of agentic/Gen AI solutions is highly desirable.
  • Experience with healthcare datasets (e.g., EHR, claims, SDoH) is highly desirable.

Education and Experience:

  • PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science) or Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record applying data science to commercial or clinical problems.
  • Familiarity with biopharma or healthcare industry, especially in launch contexts or large and complex markets, is a plus.

Pay Range:

$110,800 - $166,100

Disclosure Statement:

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

1. Hybrid: work remotely up to two days per week; or select
