Description

The Document Review Coordinator ensures accurate, regulatory and legally compliant patient health records and requests. Responsibilities include reviewing the comprehensive patient medical record for accuracy and timeliness of documentation in the electronic health record. Prepares and analyzes requested information for internal and external entities. Works closely with medical staff, attorneys and other third party requestors to provide reports. Responsible for validating information in the work queue and making corrections including incomplete documentation, missing information for coding/billing, and timeliness of patient requested information. #LI-JS1 Qualifications
