Reliability Centered Maintenance Analyst This position requires an active Secret clearance to be considered. A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. Summary: Perform Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis (RCMA) for United States Coast Guard (USCG) Electronic (ELEX) and Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems and equipment utilized throughout the Service. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Reliability Centered Maintenance Analyst: $80,000 - $85,000 Pay commensurate with experience. Complete Reliability-Centered Maintenance Analysis (RCMA) in accordance with MIL-STD-3034 (series) (Navy). Develop Maintenance Requirement List (MRL), List of Effective Pages (LOEP) and Maintenance Index Pages (MIPs). Format will be as directed by USCG. Utilize SFLC Asset Life-Cycle Information Repository (LCIR) to aid in development of RCMAs. Have working knowledge of, and utilize, the following CG-LIMS applications to aid in RCMA development:
Be familiar with the MPC development process for ready to publish MPCs for ELEX and HM&E. Support the CG-22 process through RCMA, MPC development, and MPC updates. Attend meetings and conferences. Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Past applicable job experience may include, but is not limited to: Six (6) years of experience in USCG or DOD maintenance development. Hold a current RCM Level-II Maintenance Analysis Certification by the USCG or NAVSEA or obtain Certification within six (6) months of hire date. Be familiar with the following USCG SFLC Process Guides and Desk Guides:
SFLC Asset Life-Cycle Information Repository (LCIR) Process Guide CGTO PG-85-00-2270-G or current version. Engineering Condition Based Maintenance Process Guide CGTO PG-85-00-400-S or current version. Joint Maintenance Procedure Card (MPC) Development Process Guide CGTO PG-85-00-230-G or current version, Joint Maintenance Procedure Card (MPC) Development Desk Guide Version 1.3 or current version.
Excellent communication skills; oral and written. Pass a drug screen and federal background check is mandatory. Ability to pass a NACI background investigation and obtain a government issued Common Access Card (CAC) to access USCG IT systems and facilities. Ability to obtain a SECRET level clearance upon direction of the USCG. Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
