Job Overview

The Compliance Manager Getinge Representative is responsible for overseeing and managing all state-level licensing activities for the company's medical device operations across the U.S. The position has strategic oversight on state licensing and regulation and ensures that Getinge is in compliance with state regulations, it manages license applications and renewals, and ensures that accurate records are maintained. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.

The position must be able to work onsite in East Windsor, 40 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• Develops and oversees the company's licensing strategy across multiple states.

• Lead and manage the acquisition, renewal, and maintenance of state licenses for medical device distribution and operations.
• Monitor and interpret state regulatory requirements and ensure company compliance.
• Manage relationships with state boards of pharmacy and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific regulations.
• Develop and maintain a centralized licensing database and tracking system.
• Liaise with state regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries or audits.
• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure licensing needs are met for new product launches and market expansions.

• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on licensing requirements and processes.

• Prepare reports and metrics for senior leadership on licensing status and compliance risks.
• Proactively tracks regulatory changes communicate and educate relevant departments and Getinge leaders on updates, changes in the external environment
• Coordinates with legal, compliance, and operations teams.
• Involved in budgeting and planning for licensing-related costs.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in regulatory licensing, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.

• Be currently licensed as a Designated Representative with the State of California, or, be currently licensed as a Pharmacist by the state of New Jersey.

• Deep understanding of state licensing frameworks.
• Experience with multi-state license management
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively oral and written form at executive level.
• Ability to develop and sustain positive relationships with internal as well as external customers.
• Proficiency using the MS Office Suite and other relevant systems and tools

The base salary is a minimum of $ 129,000 and a maximum of $160,000 with annual bonus of 15%
