*Temporary Credentialing Specialist *
*Overview:* *We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Temporary Credentialing Specialist* to support short-term, high-priority projects focused on Medicare applications. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate credentialing and enrollment for both individual providers and group practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with *PECOS*, *Monday.com*, and healthcare credentialing processes, and will thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Manage and maintain provider enrollment applications in *PECOS*, including both individual and group submissions. * Execute Medicare credentialing tasks in alignment with federal regulations and payer requirements. * Track and update project workflows and provider data using *Monday.com* boards. * Review, complete, and submit credentialing applications with precision and within established timelines. * Perform thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy and data integrity across all documentation. * Collaborate closely with credentialing leadership and team members to meet project milestones. * Proactively identify and escalate issues, delays, or discrepancies to management for timely resolution. * Uphold confidentiality and compliance with *HIPAA* and internal standards. *Required Skills & Tools:* * *PECOS* (Medicare Enrollment System) * *Monday.com* (Project Management Platform) * *Cognos* (Reporting/Analytics Tool) * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) *Qualifications:* * Previous experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or data management is required. * Strong working knowledge of *PECOS* is highly preferred. * Familiarity with *Monday.com* or similar task/project management tools is a plus. * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. *Experience Level:* *Entry-Level (with relevant credentialing or healthcare administrative experience)* *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
