As a Process Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products. You will work collaboratively with a team to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve processes while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Operate, monitor, and clean manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments to meet production specifications.
  • Identify and resolve minor equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Support safety, quality, and performance objectives by adhering to established protocols and standards.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Willingness to work up to 12.5 hours per shift, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Experience working with manufacturing data and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operations, including reading gauges and instrumentation.
  • Knowledge of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and process improvement methodologies.
  • Competence in data entry and use of computer systems, including Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
  • Familiarity with manufacturing applications such as SAP or similar systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
