About this Position ChristianaCare is looking for a Program Manager to be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions for the Emergency Departments. This position will work in close partnership with Emergency Medicine Service Line Leaders, ED Nurse Managers and Medical Directors to ensure seamless clinical and administrative operations, drive service line initiatives, and support strategic projects. The manager will maintain strong interdepartmental relationships, monitor key performance indicators, and manage a project portfolio. Principal duties and responsibilities: Operational Leadership

Education and experience requirements: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Three (3) to Five (5) years of results-oriented experience in healthcare operations, financial management and project management experience required. Healthcare, specifically operations experience is highly desirable. Strong Daily Operations and Project Management skills with experience in leading cross-functional initiatives. Hourly Pay Range: $38.22 - $61.16 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
