The Opportunity The Treasury organisation is seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Assistant to join our team! This role is ideal for a highly proactive and motivated administrative professional who thrives in dynamic environments and values precision, discretion, and cross-functional collaboration. As a key member of our distributed team, you will work with different areas of Adobe's business and operations and will be critical to enabling organization excellence. An ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail. You will thrive in ambiguity, have a low ego and have a hands-on approach to teamwork. You will excel in building rapport with our internal and external partners. The primary location for this position is in San Jose. A regular in-office presence is expected, with a minimum of three days per week aligned with the Treasurer's schedule. What you'll do
- Serve as a trusted business partner to Adobe's Treasurer by understanding key initiatives and priorities to effectively manage and triage requests
- Proactively manage the Treasurer's calendar and act as a gatekeeper, using sound judgment and discretion to protect focus time and align with key priorities
- Plan and coordinate all types of meetings and events - including complex internal and external executive sessions, organization-wide training, and onsite/off-site gatherings. Provide logistical support for the broader Treasury Leadership team (e.g. calendar coordination, travel arrangements, communications, presentations, catering and additional needs)
- Manage Treasurer's email inbox and communications if needed; triage, organize and respond to emails on their behalf to accelerate time-to-action and increase operational efficiency
- Own Treasurer's meeting agendas, minute-taking and track action items to completion
- Manage complex international and domestic travel, including air travel, hotel(s), ground transportation, detailed itineraries and agendas and all other travel arrangements needs
- Lead preparation for staff meetings and All-Hands sessions, including content, documentation, logistics, venue, tech support & catering needs
- Represent Adobe, Treasury Organization, and Treasurer in a brand-building light through thoughtful, friendly, and timely follow-through and sound judgment
- Monitor Treasury's spending, track budgets, initiate purchase requisitions and POs, and track invoices and expenses with precision. Process expense reports timely and accurately.
- Support the Treasury Operations and Treasury Risk Management teams by assisting with administrative tasks, organizing documentation and content, coordinating logistics and distribution, and facilitating partner communications.
- Maintain various records and documents for Treasury, including printing, mailing packages, copying, filing and email/messages as required
- Organize and support candidate interviews, new hire onboarding activities, and work cross-functionally to ensure optimal employee experience
- Maintain organization charts, and other support collaterals up to date
- Coordinate assistance with team for office space, desk changes, and equipment needs
- Providing administrative support for special projects and initiatives as needed
- Foster strong collaboration and close partnership with leadership teams and cross-functional partners
- Regularly collaborate with cross-functional Administrative & Executive Assistants and provide backup support as needed
- Routinely perform a wide variety of additional and/or alternative support duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other Executives when required

- Excellent Communicator: Confidently and professionally interacts with partners at all levels, including with E-Team EAs. Maintain consistent communication with Treasurer via Slack, email and text, ensuring responsiveness.

- Creative problem solver: Navigates ambiguity with ease and urgency. Think outside of the box attitude with a strong professional judgment of knowing when to check in with Treasurer to validate decisions.
- Seasoned expert with more than ten years' experience in a global setting, successfully interacting with executives and staff.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Concur. Current Notary Public or willingness to become one a plus
- Adaptable: Quickly adjust to evolving business needs and priorities.Earlier workday (~7.30am) start is preferred.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $79,100 -- $166,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
