Energy Transfer is a master limited partnership that owns and operates one of the largest and most diversified portfolios of energy assets in the United States. In total, the Company owns and operates approximately 120,000 miles of natural gas, crude oil, refined products, and natural gas liquids pipelines, terminals, and acquisition and marketing assets which are used to facilitate the purchase and sale of crude oil, natural gas, natural gas liquids, and refined products.

Summary:

Energy Transfer is seeking a motivated intern to join our Industrial Gases and Chemicals team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in Business Development, Commercial Operations, Economic and Market Analysis, and Technical Components. Interns will gain exposure to real-world challenges in the energy industry while developing strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will support the team in the following areas (including, but not limited to):
* Maintain historical pricing and forward curve spreadsheets for internal and customer use.
* Assist scheduling to ensure accuracy in monthly volume accounting reconciliation.
* Monitor EBBs (Electronic Bulletin Boards) for all pipelines we transact on.
* Update maps and category systems for major pipelines.
* Support scheduling with daily nominations and confirmations.
* Monitor maintenance calendars and communicate upcoming impacts.
* Assist with updating contacts and help establish relationships with third parties.
* Reconcile and true up data across multiple workbooks.
* Coordinate with the contracts team on new contracts or meter point additions.
* Provide analytical data and reporting from multiple system applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in an Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related) or Business, Finance program.
* Strong computer and advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Team player with the ability to collaborate across diverse groups and organizational levels.
* Strong willingness to learn and take initiative.

* Paid internship beginning May 2026, lasting up to 12 weeks.
