Compliance Learning Specialist

Initial Length of Assignment: 6 months

Reason the Position is Open: New role to support team

Location: Remote

Team: This person will report to a Senior Manager of the Core Learning Team - the team where Compliance is housed. They will have support from a peer in a different pill (who previously supported Compliance). They will also have the support of an Instructional Designer and Learning Partner. They will support the successful execution of enterprise-wide compliance training.

Interview Process: 2 video interviews: first with a team member, and second with the Hiring Manager; focus on functional and technical expertise and experience

Purpose:

Design, develop, and deliver engaging compliance learning programs that help employees understand and follow regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards, reducing risk and promoting a culture of integrity.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Partner with compliance, legal, and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and define measurable outcomes.
  • Design and develop end-to-end compliance learning experiences, including digital modules, instructor-led sessions, and blended programs.
  • Apply learning science, instructional design, and UX principles to make complex compliance topics accessible and engaging.
  • Create supporting learning materials, guides, job aids, and assessments to reinforce knowledge and behavior change.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using data, analytics, and feedback, and continuously improve programs.
  • Ensure learning content is accessible, inclusive, and aligned with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SMEs and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Reporting on Compliance Completion.



Required Skills & Experience:



  • Demonstrated experience in learning design, instructional design, or corporate training, ideally including compliance topics.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks relevant to HR/Tech.
  • Proficiency in LMS tools and reporting.
  • Experience creating digital learning content using tools like Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar.
  • Ability to translate complex policies into clear, engaging learning experiences.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.



Preferred Skills:



  • Experience with learning analytics, assessments, or AI-driven learning platforms.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.



Experience Level and Education Requirements: Mid-level experience; no educational requirement
