About the Job

Are you a data-driven financial planning & analysis (FP&A) professional passionate about operational excellence and global impact? Join our Global Supply Chain Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst, where you'll play a key role in Operational Excellence financial reporting, driving productivity, optimizing performance, and shaping the financial future of our global manufacturing network.

What You'll Do

As a trusted partner to our cross-functional teams, your responsibilities are:


FPMP Savings Reporting & Analysis



  • Support the global Financial Plant Management Process (FPMP), Sealed Air's process of reporting and evaluating plant savings vs. a baseline period and annual target.
  • Coordinate, validate, and maintain FPMP inputs, adjustments, and master data.
  • Perform quality control checks and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy of FPMP outputs and dashboards.
  • Support new site integrations and plant consolidations into FPMP reporting.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboard content to enable leadership insights.



EBITDA Bridge Management



  • Update Supply Chain saving and inflation actuals and projections for the EBITDA Bridge and load to the OneStream system.
  • Partner with regional and functional Supply Chain Finance stakeholders to coordinate EBITDA bridge forecast updates and variance commentary.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards supporting EBITDA Bridge savings transparency.


Monthly & Recurring Reporting



  • Prepare and distribute recurring dashboards, reports, and financial summaries related to global operational metrics.
  • Reconcile actuals versus forecasts across systems.
  • Provide ad hoc support for monthly reporting needs.


WAVE Process Support



  • Support operations savings tracking in WAVE (initiative tracking tool), including auditing initiatives to ensure proper and timely data entry and accurate savings calculations as well as advising plant and regional users on tool usage.
  • Update and track initiatives related to central FAO functions in WAVE to ensure alignment with targets and reporting requirements.


Annual Operating Plan (AOP)



  • Coordinate the yearly savings target setting process for manufacturing organization including the target pushdown to plant and cost center level.
  • Complete annual budget and monthly forecast for global Operational Excellence organization.


Ad Hoc & Strategic Projects



  • Provide analysis, data pulls, and financial modeling in support of Opex and global supply chain initiatives.
  • Support special projects, including pricing and profitability analyses for Liquibox and other businesses.

What You'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong Excel skills and a knack for financial modeling.
  • Experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or lean principles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, and financial planning systems (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion) is added advantage, but if you haven't used them before, that's okay. What matters more is your learning agility and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
  • A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
