Overview
This is an entry level position for individuals with limited knowledge of facilities, building systems, equipment, tools, but who have the desire to learn all aspects of facilities and intend to make progress in a career in facilities. The primary role requires supporting, coordinating, and performing work in trade areas such as: HVAC and control systems, fire systems, RO systems, security systems, elevator maintenance, lighting and control systems, restroom maintenance, minor plumbing, general repairs and maintenance, minor construction, and painting. Schedule varies and On-call schedule will apply. Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm MST, on call rotation required Responsibility
Physical Requirements Lifting Requirements - hard work or exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds of force frequently and 20 pounds of force consistently. Physical Requirements - moving, operating, ascending/descending, communicating, observing, reaching, and repetitive motion. Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions. Hazards and Atmospheric Conditions - exposure to fumes, dusts, extreme temperatures, wet and/or humid, and noise. OSHA Category I -duties performed routinely requires exposure to blood, body fluid, and tissue.
