What You'll Be Doing:

  • Establishing and nurturing long-term, sustainable relationships with assigned enterprise accounts as the single point of technical contact.
  • Aligning Synopsys solutions with customers' key business objectives to deliver maximum value and drive technology adoption.
  • Collaborating with Enterprise Account Managers to identify and prioritize technical activities that support account growth plans.
  • Coordinating resources across presales, technical support, consulting, and training teams to execute strategic technical engagements.
  • Reviewing and ensuring the quality of technical support activities, coaching staff, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Acting as the liaison between customer teams and Synopsys development to address product defects and enhancement requests.
  • Leading opportunity qualification and technical campaigns for complex customer engagements, including market sizing initiatives.
  • Supporting account-based marketing strategies to drive technology proliferation and partner solution adoption.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience with engineering software (BS+8, MS+6, or PhD+3).
  • Hands-on experience with Ansys software or other commercial CAE, CAD, EDA, PLM solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical activities across multiple product lines and physics domains.
  • Logical problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed teams across global sites.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% (preferred up to 50%).
  • Experience in application engineering, customer support, or consulting services is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to interact with senior business managers and C-level executives.
