ResponsibilitiesAnalyze travel program data to identify opportunities that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.Communicate travel program value and impact using data-driven storytelling, dashboards, and performance metrics (e.g., OKRs, KPIs).Lead change management initiatives by defining vision, securing sponsorship, and driving adoption through structured communication and stakeholder engagement.Develop and execute communication and landing plans outlining sourcing strategies for execution.Collaborate across teams (e.g., Procurement, Engineering, HR, Mobility, Compliance) and external partners to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.Drive governance and compliance across outsourced travel operations, including innovation, SLA adherence, and risk mitigation.Lead business reviews and use analytics to monitor program health, assess risks, and optimize execution-including program adjustments as needed.Identify root causes of process issues and implement improvements to standard operating procedures and policies.Enhance traveler experience through program initiatives and content control to deliver optimized value to Microsoft.Ensure all program activities align with organizational strategy and maintain a strong control environment.Manage a portfolio of process excellence projects supporting initiatives such as automation, RFP transitions, and global process standardization. | |
