*Description*
This role involves managing all aspects of property and casualty insurance products within the commercial insurance space. Seeking candidates with prior commercial insurance experience who thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment OR interested in obtaining a property and casualty insurance license. * Deliver high-volume customer service, including policy changes, renewals, and coverage inquiries. * Collaborate closely with commercial producers to build and maintain a strong book of business. * Assist with quoting new business and preparing renewal documentation. * Handle client calls regarding certificates, coverage questions, and account servicing needs. * Maintain strong relationships with underwriting teams across our carrier network. *Skills & Qualifications* * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF tools. * Exceptional customer service and communication skills. * Strong organizational and prioritization abilities. * Ability to meet deadlines and manage interruptions with a positive attitude. * Logical and critical thinking skills. * Comfortable working with clients at all levels. * Must obtain a South Dakota Property & Casualty Producer License within 90 days of hire. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
