Job Opportunity: Care Coordinator (Expert Level) Position: Care Coordinator * Location:* Hybrid (Remote & On-site) Compensation: $24/hour * Contract Duration:* 3 months About the Role We're seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team on a short-term contract. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted expert in benefit coordination, insurance navigation, and patient advocacy. You'll work closely with healthcare providers and patients to ensure smooth access to prescribed therapies and affordability programs. Key Responsibilities * Serve as a subject matter expert on insurance benefits across all payer types, with emphasis on Medicare Part B. * Support patients with eligibility, enrollment, and affordability assistance. * Act as a liaison between healthcare providers, internal teams, and program managers. * Communicate program details clearly and maintain accurate, compliant records. * Troubleshoot payer issues and escalate complex cases using SOPs and call guides. * Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the brand and program. * Collaborate daily with Program Management to share updates and resolve coordination challenges. * Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
