Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Finance to lead financial planning and analysis and business partnership across multiple manufacturing locations within our global organization. This role is pivotal in driving business performance through insightful financial modeling, executive-level reporting, and cross-functional partnership.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven ability to distill complex data into actionable insights. This individual should also have substantial experience with manufacturing operations, inventory costing. It is strongly preferred that this individual has experience in establishing and scaling data analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
*Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, providing financial guidance to support strategic decision-making.
*Collaborate with operations, sales and BU teams to align financial goals with business objectives, monitor key performance indicators and drive cost optimization strategies.
*Develop, implement and improve operations finance reporting frameworks, including quarterly forecasts, monthly operational reviews, quarterly business reviews and long-range plans.
* Lead cross-functional meetings to analyze variances, identify root causes, and recommend strategic actions for improvement.
Financial Modeling & Forecasting
*Lead the forecasting process across multiple business units, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate goals.
*Develop and maintain robust financial models to support P&L scenario planning, margin analysis, and long-range forecasting while driving consistent and efficient forecasting methods across sites.
*Enable weekly gross margin forecasting and partner with operations, sales and BU teams to identify and execute gross margin improvement initiatives.
Leadership & Organizational Development
*Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
*Build organizational capability through coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
*Navigate ambiguity with confidence, providing clarity and direction during periods of change.
*Promote cross-functional collaboration and influence without authority across diverse teams.
*Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in team development and decision-making.

Education & Experience:

Pay Range:

$155,900.00 - $204,645.00

Pay Range Explained:

This role in Beaverton, Oregon pays between $155,900.00 and $204,645.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You'll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
