Our global pharmaceutical client is seeking their next associate, so come join a team of 10 as their newest Media Planner! We are seeking a hands-on Media Planner to join our client's team, focusing on campaign planning and execution for digital and print channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 4-6 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns across digital and print channels.



  • Select media channels aligned with client objectives and manage RFP processes.



  • Collaborate with associates, social media specialists, and paid search specialists to ensure seamless campaign execution.



  • Oversee campaigns for aesthetic brands (e.g., cosmetic products).



  • Analyze research from tools such as M3, Kantar, Telmar, and Media Radar to inform recommendations.



  • Monitor campaign progress, manage contracts, and ensure timelines are met.



  • Understand how social media fits into broader campaign strategies (planning for social is handled by a separate team).



  • Translate research and trends into actionable insights; familiarity with AI-driven analysis is a plus.




Qualifications:




  • 4-6 years of experience in media planning or related roles.



  • Experience with: M3, Kantar, Telmar, and Media Radar



  • Strong understanding of healthcare or biomed industry (agency experience not required).



  • Hands-on experience with digital and print campaign execution.



  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.



  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus.



  • Ability to commit to the role for at least 2 years (limited immediate promotion opportunities).
