In Fiscal Year 2023, the CLB IPPD contract began receiving MIB funding to execute supplier improvement and facilitating actions to increase capability of existing suppliers, support strategic outsourcing, increase capacity where needed, and qualify new suppliers in market spaces with capacity challenges. This program representative role includes supporting PMS397 MIB coordination meetings; assisting with subcontractors such as HII-NNS and Blueforge Alliance; schedule and budget development of MIB projects; development, submission and tracking of MIB project man-power plans; and supporting the D681 MIB program lead, as required.

The ideal candidate is capable of creating, modifying and testing a new database, which includes programming SQL scripts to create triggers, automate reporting, and implement stored procedures. The candidate will be able to ensure database security, data integrity and troubleshoot any technical issues. Candidate will also be required to generate reports in support of various program management activities including MIB project tracking, Cost Containment, CLB Arrangements Comment Database, S1B Mockup and Comment Database, Risk Mitigation Status, Risk Registers, CLB Lessons Learned, and CLB Engineered Component Purchase Orders.

Applicants may travel occasionally to various locations to support MIB program reviews at EB Washington Engineering Office (WEO), Washington Navy Yard, or other off-site locations. Work from home options available following initial on the job training.

The CLB Program Representative will work closely with various departments including Contracts and Finance, Engineering, Purchasing, their management, and other organizations to ensure compliance with program requirements.
