Be the Best Modern Workforce Engineer You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you! 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 technologies in a mid-to-large enterprise environment. Deep expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and identity (Entra ID). Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 licensing, service limits, and governance. Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MS-700, MS-203, MS-500, PL-100, PL-200) preferred Experience with Microsoft Viva, Loop, and Copilot integrations preferred Knowledge of hybrid Exchange environments and migration strategies preferred Experience with M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations or mergers preferred Familiarity with Intune and endpoint management as it relates to M365 apps preferred Responsibilities: The Modern Workforce Engineer is responsible for managing and optimizing the full suite of Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva, and the Power Platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about the M365 ecosystem, stays current with evolving features, and takes ownership of their domain to deliver a seamless and secure user experience. Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Design, implement, and maintain collaboration and automation solutions that align with business needs and security standards. Monitor service health, usage, and performance; proactively identify and resolve issues. Lead M365 feature rollouts, upgrades, and adoption initiatives across the organization. Collaborate with security, identity, and endpoint teams to ensure compliance and governance. Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles. Stay up to date with Microsoft's roadmap and community to recommend improvements and innovations. Provide Tier 3 support and mentorship to junior engineers and service desk staff.
