What You'll Do:

Perform Daily Shop Duties. Perform various daily administrative plant duties
as the shop manager requires (e.g., maintain Accurate Records)
Procurement: Maintain field mechanic receipts and code to correct cost
center and work order. Create V-Commerce requisitions / purchase
orders as needed to support the Mobile Shop Buyer.
Scheduling: Collaborate with the Mobile Shop Manager to meticulously
plan and thoroughly document the daily schedule of work orders for all
shifts
Maintain Shop Records: Training records/data, safety documentation,
vacation time, operational records, etc.
Prepare Correspondence Reports as required / requested by the
manager.

Prepare Monthly Financial Information. Prepare month-end closing
information for accounting based on the current closing schedule. Prepare
detailed analyses of monthly margin and cost statements as requested by
location management. Reconcile time cards for all plant personnel, ensuring
correct hours are reported and paid.

Serve as Plant Contact. Receive guests and answer phones directing questions or problems to the appropriate individual.

General Office Duties. Maintain correct levels of inventory for all plant and office materials, ordering new materials when appropriate. Prepare correspondence, reports, manuals, and forms. Work with the division Human Resources department to handle personnel requests and problems. Work with the division Safety department handling safety and environmental issues.

Additional Responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Skills You'll Need:

Experience. Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience is
preferred.

Knowledge of Accounting Principles. Must possess a fundamental
understanding of accounting principles and knowledge of standard office
practices, procedures, and use of office equipment.

Technology Skills. Must have the ability to use computers, cell phones, and other electronic devices. Must have appropriate typing skills and a thorough understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel. Working knowledge of Google is also preferred.

Interpersonal Skills. Must have outstanding communication skills and have the ability to interact well with people in all levels of the organization.

Integrity. Must act with unyielding integrity and honesty in business transactions, promote company policies, and hold self and other employees accountable.
