DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ATTRIBUTES/SKILLS Can accommodate Spanish and Hmong speaking candidates Must have good dexterity, will glue a pair of shoe inserts together, must have an eye for quality Glue top cover onto EVA insoles, good hand/arm strength helpful as this is quite repetitive work Must have the ability to read and comprehend basic instructions Effectively communicate with other employees of the organization Basic math skills, add, subtract, multiply, divide. Good hand/eye coordination and dexterity required Team oriented, clean work station Basic mechanical skills EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred, but not required After temp EE's work 160 hours, the company must have all EE's go through FDA Govn., regulated training on-line, (about 16 hours of paid training, no exceptions)
