Converting Press Operator Shift: 2nd, (3pm-11:30pm) *Pay: $22-$25/hr (based on experience)* As a Converting Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a Delta press to produce high-quality converted products to precise specifications. Key responsibilities include: Operating press equipment using touch screen controls Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and job tickets Performing set-ups, splicing roll material, and adjusting press parameters Conducting quality inspections and maintaining tight tolerances Recording time and material usage in LabelTraxx system Performing preventative maintenance and keeping the press area clean and organized Laminating materials and adhesives as needed Collaborating with team members to ensure production goals and quality standards are met
