Maintenance/Electrical Technician - 1st Shift
Location: Cudahy, WI
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Start Time: 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM | End Time: 3:00 PM-4:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance/Electrical Technician to join our 1st shift team. This role is essential to maintaining the safety, functionality, and quality of our facility and production equipment. You'll handle a mix of routine maintenance, electrical work, mechanical troubleshooting, and day-to-day challenges that help keep our operations running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with solid mechanical and electrical skills, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility-especially when it comes to safety and quality. Every part we produce is critical, and we depend on our maintenance team to ensure the equipment and systems meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general facility and equipment maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (up to 48-volt, 3-phase)
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and infrastructure
  • Support HVAC maintenance and repairs (experience is a plus)
  • Respond to unexpected equipment failures or operational issues
  • Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety protocols
  • Ensure quality and reliability in every task, supporting production of critical parts
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented culture
  • Continuously seek to improve personal skill set and contribute to team development
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance or electrical experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • General mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with electrical systems up to 48-volt, 3-phase
  • Strong work ethic and consistent attendance
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with respect for co-workers
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safe, high-quality workmanship
Preferred:
  • HVAC experience
  • Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and technologies
  • Ability to adapt to varying daily responsibilities and challenges
