We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Engineering and Development Manager to lead technical operations across our Global Brands business unit. This role is critical to driving engineering excellence and innovation across our retail environments, supporting iconic clients like Coach, Swarovski, Luxottica, and Pandora. You'll collaborate across regions-U.S., Europe, and China-to manage engineering workflows, mentor teams, and ensure seamless execution of custom retail solutions. This is a high-impact role designed to strengthen our global engineering capabilities and support long-term growth. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor engineering teams across global regions, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
- Partner with Project Managers and Account Executives to define technical scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary liaison with idX China engineering teams, optimizing communication and workflow integration.
- Oversee engineering resource planning, capacity management, and team development.
- Standardize engineering documentation and processes across regions.
- Support new product development and prototyping in collaboration with Service+ and design teams.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, safety standards, and manufacturing capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting for engineering operations.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of engineering management experience, preferably in retail environments or custom manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of CAD, shop drawings, and production workflows.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Epicor or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Compensation & Benefit Information:
Salary Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually dependent on experience* Bonus/Incentive Pay For salaried bonus positions: Annual performance bonus opportunity based on Company and specific business unit ROI and PBOP achievement criteria and individual job responsibility and performance.
