Advantage Technical is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a world-class team developing innovative interior components and systems for high-end electric vehicles. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to design, package, release, and launch premium interior systems with a focus on performance, safety, and craftsmanship. Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour Responsibilities: Lead the development of interior components (hard/soft trim, IP, doors, consoles, headliners, etc.) Support packaging, engineering, and release through vehicle launch Collaborate with design, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure optimal integration Work with suppliers to ensure technical accuracy and on-time delivery Use CAD (CATIA V5/V6 preferred) for 2D/3D design, packaging layouts, and DFM analysis Drive innovation and continuous improvement throughout the development process Qualifications: 4+ years in automotive interior systems development Proficient in CAD (CATIA preferred) and packaging/layouts Experience with full lifecycle: concept to production Strong knowledge of materials, plastics, injection molding, and GD&T Skilled in product specs, timelines, and manufacturing processes Hands-on with vehicle launches and cross-functional collaboration Focus on craftsmanship, ergonomics, and safety Adaptable to fast-paced/startup environments Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering or related field Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
