Job Summary

Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards. Processes customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance and termination. Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints.


Essential Duties

  • Delivers exceptional customer service by promptly addressing administrative needs, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations. Ensures effective communication to meet both immediate and long-term customer requirements.
  • Proactively engages with customers through calls and visits to foster relationships and drive additional revenue for the company.
  • Cross-sells our services to existing customers in order to meet their needs through comprehensive lifecycle facilities solutions.
  • Interprets and processes work orders, reviews invoices and correspondence.
  • Ensures any billable item is approved and directed to the correct customer.
  • Gathers data/costs for generating proposals and enters that information into CRM to create quoted estimates. Manages customer portals with needed data.
  • Continuously reviews current processes and procedures in order to improve and strengthen the customer experience and increase overall efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
