The Sales Development Specialist is a key component of the sales team, responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments to support the growth of Crystal Clean. This role directly contributes to the success of the outside sales team by building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Essential Duties Generate Leads and Appointments
