Mgr-Field and Event Marketing

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Drive field marketing strategy includes events, partnerships, and regional marketing programs to generate pipeline and build brand awareness.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES:
1. Select, lead, educate, develop and motivate a staff of employees
2. Develops comprehensive annual events and field marketing strategy to drive pipeline generation and brand awareness.
3. Provides strategic oversight of trade show participation and event sponsorship programs for maximum ROI.
4. Maintains responsibility for planning and executing customers and prospect events to drive engagement and revenue.
5. Establishes regional marketing campaigns and partnership programs to expand market reach and brand presence.
6. Drives coordination with sales teams on field marketing support and lead generation initiatives.
7. Implements comprehensive measurement and reporting on event ROI and pipeline generation performance.
8. Manages strategic vendor relationships and budget allocation for field marketing programs.
9. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
10. Perform other assignments (or duties) as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Management or equivalent work experience
* Five (5) years' experience in field marketing and event marketing
* Experience planning large-scale events and trade shows
* Strong understanding of event management strategy and data tracking for event campaigns
* Strong project management and vendor management skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

WORKING CONDITIONS:
