Posting Date 10/10/2025 601 Hawaii St,El Segundo,California,90245-4814,United States of AmericaDaVita is looking for a dynamic, software General Manager to lead the DaVita's Patient Technology portfolio for End Stage Kidney Disease and Chronic Kidney Disease patients. This business includes almost all of our patient facing software products. This leader will report directly to DaVita's VP of Digital Transformation. Our mission is to continue to improve patient health quality and reduce cost for the over 2 million patients suffering from various stages of kidney disease and other comorbid conditions. This individual will lead our patient focused digital assets to aggressively transform and scale our ability to engage our patients and their care partners in this goal. We are looking for a seasoned leader with experience in growing and expanding health care consumer technology businesses. The Patient Digital GM will be responsible for all functions consistent with leading a software business including, but not limited to strategy, product, R&D, sales and finance. This leader will also be responsible for interacting with numerous other internal and external technology solutions as well as strategy and delivery against dozens of different digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of growth, creating operational structure, setting direction, developing business strategy, and managing day-to-day operations. Understanding the external market forces and a strong business development background will also be critical to success in this role. Candidates must have the ability to Get Stuff Done; or GSD as we call it -both with casting a strategic vision and a willingness to roll up the sleeves to deliver.
