Health Agent and Broker SME

Key Role:

Apply healthcare delivery experience to compliance oversight of various provider types reimbursed for services under the Affordable Care Act. Leverage expertise to project teams focused on compliance of healthcare providers. Assist program clients with analysis of program policy, rulemaking, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder interaction that reflects an understanding of healthcare delivery practices and protocols. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a healthcare professional

• Experience with healthcare delivery in various settings such as hospitals, provider offices, or clinics

• Experience with clinical documentation and treatment plans

• Experience with stakeholders who play a role in healthcare delivery programs

• Experience conveying healthcare expertise to patients and other professionals

• Knowledge of healthcare programs and regulations, including professional protocols

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience facilitating meetings and group sessions with both internal and external audiences

• Knowledge of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the Federally Facilitated Exchange (FFE)

• Knowledge of monitoring and oversight programs, techniques, and tools

• Ability to identify process gaps and propose processimprovement

• Possession of excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
